Why in-home coaching?

It is a personalized and immersive experience. Unlike traditional phone-based coaching, I work directly with you in your home, or wherever you are to guide you through your recovery journey. In-home coaching provides a tailored, hands-on approach that allows me to better understand your needs and challenges.

Having a coach physically there with you, offering real-time feedback and encouragement, builds a relationship with a deeper level of trust and connection. Over time, this consistency helps you feel more supported and understood, making it easier to take the next step in your recovery.

Flexible, Client-Centered Approach

Whether in-home or remote, coaching isn’t limited to 50-minute sessions. I want to take as much time as you need to feel truly heard, supported, and empowered. I want to create a safe, nurturing environment where recovery can unfold naturally.

The level of support you need is not going to be the same as someone else, and what you need is not going to be the same forever. That’s why my coaching isn’t bound by rigid schedules or set time slots. I work with you (and your parents if <18) to determine how much support you will benefit from. .
